Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order: Our minimum order value is £150.00 excluding VAT.

Delivery Charges: Free delivery is usually available within our local area, depending on the value of order. Free delivery may also be available outside of our local area depending on the value and nature of your order. Any delivery charges will be advised prior to your order being accepted and processed.

Expedited Delivery: Should expedited delivery be required, additional delivery charges may be applied – these will be advised prior to your order being accepted and processed.

Lead Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of order confirmation. With an additional 2-3 days shipping time if the shipment is by external courier. Any variation from this will be advised at the time of your order.

Pricing: North East Chemicals Ltd reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice. Discounts may be available for bulk or repeat purchases.

Payment Terms: Our standard terms for new customers are proforma. Following this, a credit limit may be agreed. Our standard terms are strictly 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 2.5% per month.

Retention of Title: The goods supplied remain the property of North East Chemicals Ltd until paid in full. In the event of non-payment in accordance with the terms of this agreement, or if the purchaser becomes bankrupt, enters into a creditors' agreement, or goes into liquidation, North East Chemicals Ltd reserves the right to repossess the goods.

ANY SHORTAGES AND/OR DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF CONSIGNMENT. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
